      <description>You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.

      <description>Justin is testing the new Muxtape.&amp;nbsp; Looks like a hosted solution for bands and simple pages.&amp;nbsp; I love the look, not quite as much as the first muxtape but the same simplicity is nice.&amp;nbsp; Wait and see I suppose but it doesn&#8217;t seem as striking or useful as the original.&amp;nbsp; He really had something special with that original.

      <title>Been A Long Time Coming</title>
      <link>http://travisfleck.com/entries/been_a_long_time_coming/</link>
      <description>My brother, Tyler and I have been fortunate enough to have been in business for ourselves three and a half years now. Considering that we bought our first laptop with the money from our first job, you could say with confidence that we are bootstrappers. We&#8217;ve done almost as much learning as working since 2005. Having no educational background in design has made it especially challenging and rewarding for me. I was a blank slate and have been able to mold my own education. And after three good years capped by a stellar year in 2008 I can definitely say there is no place I&#8217;d rather be and nothing I&#8217;d rather do.&amp;nbsp;

Which brings me to the point of this post. We have a new website for the business! We&#8217;ve had the opportunity to work on some amazing projects and have grown as designers more than I&#8217;d imagined possible over the course of the last two years. Yes, that&#8217;s how long it&#8217;s been since we&#8217;ve updated our website. I&#8217;m excited about our new site, the people we&#8217;ve worked with and the projects we&#8217;ve worked on.

Check out the new Blackbrush site and drop us a line.

      <description>The Coudal created design match is back.&amp;nbsp; The competition in the fall of 2007 was stellar.&amp;nbsp; Can&#8217;t wait for this to start.&amp;nbsp; You can still see some of the old matches but they are much better live.&amp;nbsp; Tune in.&amp;nbsp;

      <description>We should have one of these for every candidate. Not that I&#8217;d hold it against them if they don&#8217;t follow through, change their mind, or discover some better solution to a problem.&amp;nbsp; But I&#8217;d like to know about it.
